1. Leakage of swivel joint

2. Failure of various valves
The inspection of control valves is also an essential link, such as safety valves, throttle valves, check valves, balance valves, overflow valves, traveling reversing valves, etc. any valve enterprise that has problems or faults may develop itself and cause some faults during the traveling process of the excavator. The failure of the control valve is mainly manifested by the sticking of the valve core of the travel control valve, the short travel time, the large clearance between the valve core and the valve hole, and the reduction of the pressure of the safety valve, which will affect and cause the weakness of the right travel.
3. Inspection of traveling motor
In case of serious leakage of traveling, it will also cause walking weakness.. the specific troubleshooting and inspection methods are as follows: the bucket can be used to support the right track. When the engine is idling, the right travel control lever is operated.. when the drive wheel is not rotating, the sound of "hoarseness and hoarseness" can be heard from the right hand travel motor. Then, put your hand into the oil return pipe and the oil flow in the pipe. When the control lever continues to move, the track starts to rotate slowly. When the engine accelerates, the "hoarse, hoarse" sound increases. In the same way, check whether there is the above abnormality in left walking.
4. Inspection of traveling reducer
One of the reasons for the failure is that the gear reducer has poor gear or lubrication, and the walking is weak. If the power supply of the traveling motor is normal and there is no abnormal noise, the oil level and the quality of the driving wheel, the traveling reduction gear oil are normal, the traveling gear reduction device is described as having no fault, and the failure of traveling weakness has nothing to do with the means of the transmission device.
