Inspection analysis:
1. The engine oil spraying is generally caused by the wear of the internal parts of the engine. The steel barrel piston ring is worn too much, resulting in excessive clearance. Check the oil return pipe of the turbocharger of the excavator. It may be that the exhaust under the engine increases, causing the turbocharger to be blocked, so the oil flows out from the intake pipe
2. Check the pipe from the diesel pump of the excavator to the intake manifold. It may be that the leather cup at the oil pump end is broken It can also reduce the exhaust back pressure and intake negative pressure, replace the filter element, check the muffler, check the intake pipe and exhaust pipe
3. The lower exhaust of some environmental protection engines is connected to the intake pipe. As long as the lower exhaust is a little, the oil will be sucked into the intake pipe. As long as the oil is not burned, there is no problem. The problem of oil in the intake pipe of the excavator engine can be solved by removing the lower exhaust outside the intake pipe
4. The oil-gas separation valve at the lower exhaust port of the excavator is broken, causing the lower exhaust gas to spray oil and enter the intake manifold through the exhaust gas recirculation pipe The oil return pipe of the supercharger is blocked, causing the engine intake pipe to have oil. The oil in the intake pipe may be caused by the oil leakage of the supercharger. The intake pipe passes through the supercharger from the filter element to the machine, and the oil leakage of the supercharger is the only reason
Case: the pressure of excavator pump can not be adjusted: the display screen of a Carter 320d excavator shows that the pump pressure is only 230MPa. After the EPC solenoid valve is removed for cleaning, it is still 230MPa. After the main valve is removed for cleaning, it is still 230MPa, and the pressure cannot be adjusted
Inspection analysis:
1. Check whether each action pressure of the excavator can't go up or whether one or two of them can't go up? Or only one can go up? Also, do you feel that the action of the excavator is slow and weak? Is it suddenly like this or is it slowly like this? The valve group of Komatsu 130-7 excavator is one piece, and the internal O-ring is easy to be flushed. If the LS pressure leaks, the pressure of the main pump will drop. It may also be the O-ring problem of the unloading valve. Generally, the valve will not be damaged. It is recommended to adjust the main overflow valve, check the unloading valve, clean or replace the O-ring
2. The hydraulic gauge can be used to measure the output pressure of the main pump, because the monitoring is transmitted through the pump pressure sensor on the distributor. If the sensor itself or the harness fails, the excavator pump pressure may not be adjusted The failure of the pump pressure sensor will cause some faults of the machine, such as the walking speed does not change, the whole machine is unable to work, etc. the feedback signal of the pump pressure sensor goes to the pump controller, and the controller will control the hydraulic pump according to the current pump pressure.
