It is suggested to replace the diesel filter element first and calibrate the fuel injection nozzle E if the excavator is hot and can not be started for a short time, it is likely that the diesel pump (high-pressure oil pump) or nozzle is in doubt. At this moment, the diesel pump can be flushed with cold water. If it can be started immediately, it is in doubt about the oil pump or nozzle Self extinguishing caused by blocked oil inlet. It is suggested to carefully check the oil circuit for air leakage or local oil leakage, check whether the seal of the pipe joint is damaged, check whether the filter element is stuck, and check whether the drain cap of the oil-water separator is tightened. D. the flame holding may also be caused by hydraulic problems It is caused by the mismatch between the hydraulic pump and the engine power.
