Excavator distribution valve is the main construction machinery in earthwork engineering. Excavator distribution valve is widely used in construction, road construction, water conservancy, open-pit mining and national defense engineering. If the distribution valve of excavator is not maintained in time, various faults may occur. The following is explained by the excavator repairman:

Excavator distribution valve cannot be started or it is difficult to start:

1.1 electrical system fault

1.1.1 if the battery power is insufficient, charge the battery in time, check the liquid level of the battery, and replenish the electrolyte to the specified height in time. If the battery is found to be aging and poorly charged, it should be replaced. Meanwhile, pay attention to the daily maintenance of the battery, and do not keep the battery in a state of power loss.

1.1.2 repair or replace the starter in case of failure.

1.1.3 repair or replace the generator in case of fault.

1.1.4 line fault check and repair the line.

1.2 engine oil circuit fault

1.2.1 air resistance of low pressure oil circuit

Under the suction of the fuel transfer pump or the fuel injection pump, the fuel is sent from the fuel tank to the high-pressure pump through the low-pressure oil path. If the low-pressure oil circuit is not tightly closed, or the oil level in the oil tank is too low, and the vehicle is parked and driven obliquely, air will enter the oil circuit; If the temperature is high and the fuel evaporates, air resistance will also be formed in the low-pressure oil circuit, causing the engine to work unsteadily, automatically shut down or the engine cannot be started.

1.2.2 oil circuit blockage

The common parts of oil path blockage mainly include oil suction pipe, filter screen, diesel filter, oil tank cover vent, etc. The main problem causing the blockage of the oil passage is that the diesel oil that does not meet the standard is injected, or impurities are mixed in the refueling process. The key to prevention is to ensure the diesel oil is clean and the oil circuit is sealed, maintain the oil circuit regularly, strengthen the cleaning and maintenance of the diesel filter, clean or replace the filter element in time, clean the oil tank in time according to the operating environment conditions, and completely remove the oil sludge and water at the bottom of the oil tank.

1.2.3 fault of fuel injection pump

The plunger of the fuel injection pump and the coupling parts of the outlet valve are seriously worn, which makes it difficult to start the engine. At this time, the plunger and oil outlet valve should be replaced in time.
