The reasons for the repair and maintenance of the engine burning oil of the excavator are as follows: 1. The smoke of the excavator operation is blue and black, and the oil consumption is observed more than usual. The excavator is described as burning oil, and the piston ring can be worn, the large valve clearance, the large clearance conduit of the valve, and the wrong installation of the piston. 2. The clearance between the cylinder liner and the piston is too large, or the piston oil ring is stuck or damaged. 3. If the oil burning phenomenon is accompanied by low exhaust drops, it is likely that the sub piston ring is worn or seriously damaged. 4. Oil burning. If the low exhaust is not very serious, it may be due to the poor sealing of the turbocharger. At this time, it is suggested to remove the turbine oil pipe end. If there is oil, it indicates the turbocharger fault. 5. In addition, the poor sealing of the valve oil seal of the engine may also cause the maintenance of oil burning excavator. As shown in Figure 6, more oil is added. As shown in Figure 7, use low viscosity oil excavator for maintenance.
General treatment: 1. First, check whether the oil quantity of excavator maintenance exceeds the upper limit of oil scale. 2 check the turbocharger and loosen the rubber hoses at both ends of the intake and exhaust. It should be normal and dry. If oil is found, the turbine may be faulty, causing oil to flow from the turbine to exhaust pipe III. Pay attention to the exhaust pipe in the morning. If there is black smoke and obvious oil smell, it may be turbine oil leakage. 4. Check whether the exhaust gas in the engine exhaust pipe is too heavy. In general, you should see at most a small amount of smoke. If the exhaust gas is heavy, serious, or even dripping oil, it is time to repair five engines. In addition, the turbine oil leakage is generally not serious, so the exhaust pipe should be inspected.
The oil shall be correctly selected according to the maintenance requirements of the excavator, the corresponding viscosity and oil type shall be purchased, and the oil shall be reasonably selected according to the seasonal changes or different regions; The diesel engine must use diesel and cannot be replaced by gasoline engine. Different brands and models of oil cannot be mixed.
