Went to the field test and found that the whole vehicle did not move. The voltage of the pilot solenoid is measured by a multimeter. The voltage was found to be 26V, and no short circuit was found after disconnecting the pilot lock. After disassembling the pilot solenoid valve, it was found that the solenoid valve switch and the Hitachi machine rely on the internal ejection and collection of the small ejector rod. After the small ejector rod moves freely, there is no card in the pilot lock. However, the injection size seems to be a little short, and it has not been installed after installation, which also proves the fault of the pilot solenoid valve.
There is no solenoid valve broken on the plug next to the top of the peak. Many peaks exceeding the staff scale were found on the original size of the peak. After eliminating the small jack, put the turning pilot lock, and then give it to the testing machine for troubleshooting. The reason is that the top of the small jack pilot solenoid valve cannot be energized after it is in place. After the solenoid valve does not work, the pilot oil is not caused by the operation of the whole machine.

When Sumitomo 210 excavator lasted more than 2000 hours, due to the abnormal wear of the flow plate and cylinder of the front and rear pumps, the flow plate and cylinder were replaced, and the oil outlet pipe of the main pump vibrated seriously.
Sumitomo excavator maintenance:
During the test run, shortly after the discovery, the outlet pipe of the main pump of the excavator was seriously vibrated. The maintenance of the main pump found that the valve plate and cylinder block were worn, and no abnormal pump was found in other parts through double inspection. According to the previous analysis, the new valve plate and cylinder block are also worn due to the wear of the port plate and cylinder, but the wear is less than 80 hours. After careful inspection of the components on the site, it is suspected that the full flow filter (i.e., the copper mesh is in the hydraulic tank of the screw down filter) may be sucked into the lead of the hydraulic pump. Therefore, during the overhaul, it was found that the locking screw of the copper grille was stuck in the seat, and the oil pan made the cause of the fault still exist, and there will be a repair method to disassemble the clear testing machine and remove the Volvo vibration fault of the discharge pipe 210 of the main rear pump of the hydraulic excavator.
