The hydraulic pump is a kind of positive displacement pump. It consists of two gears, the pump body and the front and rear covers to form two closed spaces. When the gear rolls, the volume of the space on the gear disengaged side will become larger from small to form a vacuum, and the liquid will be sucked in. The high-pressure oil pump uses the oil suction pump of its own equipment to steal the diesel oil parked in the trucks around the road. The packing of the high-pressure oil pump's heat transfer oil pump has been worn or the packing is too loose due to long-term use, A lot of water is ejected from the gap between the packing and the pump shaft sleeve. As a result, the external air enters the inside of the pump from these gaps, affecting the water lifting.
1、 The oil pipe shall be prevented from bending under operating pressure. The oil tank connecting the oil pump and the jack shall be kept clean. When not in use, it shall be blocked with screws to prevent sediment from entering. The oil nozzle exposed by the oil pump and the jack shall be sealed with nuts to prevent dust and sundries from entering the machine. After daily use, the oil pump shall be wiped clean to eliminate the oil dirt on the oil filter copper wire cloth.
2、 The oil pump and Jack shall use regular oil grade operating oil, generally No. 10 or No. 20 mechanical oil, or other adjacent hydraulic oil, such as transformer oil. The oil filled into the oil tank must be filtered. The filter shall be conducted once a month when it is often used, and the oil tank shall be cleaned regularly. Generally, the oil level in the oil tank shall be about 85%. In case of lack, it shall be compensated in time. The compensated oil shall be the same as the oil number in the original pump. The oil temperature in the oil tank should generally be 10 ~ 40 ℃, and should not be used under negative temperature.
3、 Grounding power supply: it is necessary for the cabinet to be grounded. The trial operation can be carried out after checking the insulation of the line.
4、 The oil pump should not be operated under overload. The pressure of the safety valve must be adjusted according to the additional oil pressure of the equipment to prevent arbitrary adjustment.
5、 When the oil pump stops operation, the oil return valve shall be gradually loosened. After the pressure gauge is gradually returned to the zero position, the oil pipe joint nut of the jack can be removed. Do not remove or replace the oil pipe or pressure gauge under load.
6、 Before the operation of the high-pressure oil pump, loosen the regulating valves of each oil circuit, and then start the oil pump. After the no-load operation is normal, lock the oil return valve tightly, gradually screw in the oil valve rod, increase the load, and pay attention to whether the pointer of the pressure gauge is normal.
