Because the vacuum pipe controlling the oil supply of the large pump is behind the intercooler, the intake pressure cannot be reached, and the engine stalls due to insufficient oil supply during the heavy load operation.
When the engine is working under heavy load, there will be insufficient oil supply, which will cause the machine to choke. At this time, the flow of the right pump can be adjusted to eliminate the choke. It is suggested that the user should not work under heavy load frequently. Routine maintenance is also one of the important factors to avoid failure.
The engine power of Hitachi excavator does not match the hydraulic pump power
The output power of the engine is lower than the power required by the hydraulic pump. If the engine cannot output normal power, mainly check whether the fuel system and intake system are abnormal. If the engine is normal, the power required by the hydraulic pump exceeds the output power of the engine. At this time, mainly check whether the proportional valve and regulator are abnormal.
The solution to the problem of the excavator stalling due to speed loss:
