The high temperature of excavator is generally divided into high temperature of gearbox (transfer case); The hydraulic oil temperature is too high; The engine coolant temperature is too high (commonly known as high water temperature). The reason for the high temperature of the gearbox is relatively simple. The main reasons are that the size and shape of the bearing or gear and the shell are not standard, the lubricating oil is unqualified or the oil level is inappropriate. Fault analysis of excavator with high water temperature and high oil temperature
(I) high water temperature
1 the water tank is dirty and the water is not smooth.
2 if the rubber strip around the radiator is damaged, eddy current will be generated and the hot air will be circulated, so the cooling effect cannot be achieved.
3. It is easy to ignore this point, that is, whether it is a false alarm or a sensor problem. After all, the computer only looks at the data and does not look at the truth.
4. The thermostat is stuck and cannot be opened. At this time, the water can only go through small circulation and does not pass through the radiator.
5 check whether the water pump works normally.
6 the fan speed is insufficient and the clutch fails. (or check the belt tightness)
