The air filter can remove dust and other foreign matters from the air sucked into the combustion chamber to prevent wear of the engine cylinder liner and piston ring. (2) Fuel and fuel filter oil and fuel are easily mixed with moisture and dust during storage and refueling. The filter filters foreign matters and prevents wear and tear of system components inside the engine. In addition, if the pollution of these filters is serious, it will lead to poor flow of oil or fuel and engine power or lubrication failure, which will lead to engine damage. (3) The function of the hydraulic oil filter is to transform the power medium, and it is prohibited to mix dust with other foreign matters. The hydraulic oil filter prevents impurities from entering all components of the hydraulic unit.
In addition, an intake filter is installed in the hydraulic tank to protect the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic pump. The working oil is returned to the hydraulic oil tank, and the oil return filter is installed after the oil returns to the site. Therefore, the pump can be determined whether it is a hydraulic system or other components (if there is no iron) that return the abnormal state of the oil filter by observing the degree of contamination. When the oil passes through the filter element, it can remove impurities, and therefore, as pollution accumulates in the filter, it becomes more and more serious. If there is no polluted filter to be replaced, it will reduce the performance of oil in the original machine and can not give full play to the flow. In addition, the unfiltered impurities of the damaged or excessively contaminated filter continue to be used, thereby shortening the service life of the machine.
Therefore, the filter element should be replaced regularly, and the filter element should be replaced immediately if any abnormality is found during daily maintenance and inspection. In order to prevent wear of the machine, sufficient oil and grease must be added. During the working process of the hydraulic excavator, every part of the machine will produce a lot of friction. The grease and oil can reduce these friction, because the grease can form an oil film and prevent the metal parts of the rotating parts from contacting each other. Filling lubricating oil is an important work. Its main purpose is to reduce friction and wear and make the machine run smoothly.
