At the same time, increase the throttle. Judge whether the oil seal is good or bad according to the oil leakage at the cylinder cavity interface. If there is more oil leakage at the large cavity interface, it indicates that the cylinder oil seal is poor or damaged. If there is little oil leakage at the opening interface, the oil seal performance of the small chamber of the arm cylinder is better. If the oil seal of the large cavity is damaged, the excavator arm will fall automatically, which will lead to the normal operation of the excavator.
Troubleshooting inspection for excavator lowering:
Check and repair the boom and bucket of the excavator, and repair the engine stall of the excavator in the case of the cylinder: adjust and measure whether the device is in the same state when it is lowered. The excavator boom, whose maintenance business is to raise the position, but the operating bucket lever is lifted to the position above the bucket. If the lowering speed of the mining machine repair device becomes large, it can be judged as a defective sealing cylinder. If there is no problem with the cylinder seal, the fault holding arm between the main valve or the valve can be considered. Check the boom cylinder condition of the excavator is to repair the engine stall, and the stick cylinder is fully retracted. If it is found that the lowering speed during the inspection becomes large, that is, the failure may be caused by the cylinder seal.
