Fault classification:
1. At first, there was black smoke from the exhaust.
2. Black smoke is always emitted during the operation of the excavator. (at this time, we may also have the problem of increasing the oil consumption cost of the excavator and burning the engine oil.)
Fault: black smoke from excavator engine:
1. At the beginning of the excavator, if there is smoke and the smoke begins to disappear gradually within a period of time, it is normal, In case of doubt, you can check the three filters of the excavator (oil filter, fuel filter and air purifier. In fact, the excavator is not three filters, i.e. diesel engine filter, a coarse filter, a fine filter, oil filter, these two spatial filters, an internal filter, an external filter, two hydraulic oil filters, one oil inlet and one oil return, and the excavator also has some pilot filters)
2. The problem of black smoke has been emitted during the operation of the excavator, and it is accompanied by the social phenomenon of increasing fuel consumption cost. The reasons for fault analysis are as follows:
1. The air filter of the excavator is blocked, the intake air of the engine is insufficient, the fuel enters the combustion chamber and is not fully burned, and there is black smoke
② The valve clearance of the excavator engine is too small, the intake is insufficient, and the intake system is faulty.
③ The fuel supply pressure of the diesel pump is too high, the atomization of the fuel injector is poor, and the fuel injector drips
4. The excavator cylinder pressure is insufficient and the combustion is poor
⑤ The permeability of the engine supercharger, oil to the turbocharger, when the high-temperature exhaust gas makes the oil black, black smoke appears at the air inlet of the excavator.
⑥ If the black smoke can be accompanied by the phenomenon that the excavator is blocked, it is caused by the failure of the hydraulic control system of the excavator (too much pressure)
7. With the intercooled engine, the radiator is blocked by dust for a long time and cannot absorb air, resulting in black smoke.
⑧ If there is only hot and cold smoke, it is likely that the driver operates the accelerator too much.
⑨ The working load or pressure of the engine is not too large, and the carbon in the cylinder is too much, which may cause the excavator engine to emit black smoke
