Fault phenomenon:
Under the condition of idling speed of the excavator, the excavator cannot operate stably, and the cutting partner is accompanied by insufficient excavation power, abnormal fuel consumption, and the excavator cannot work normally.
Fault analysis:
Generally speaking, the idle speed of the excavator is unstable. What is missing is that when the excavator is placed at the idle accelerator position, the accelerator of the excavator will increase. If the engine speed of the excavator increases rapidly, the action means is needed.
One governor idle spring is too soft or broken
(2) the components of the governor sensing system are excessively worn
3) the plunger of the fuel injection pump is severely worn
4) the temperature is too low
