2. It is a very serious mistake to connect the battery wires reversely. The damage rate is extremely high. The wires may be burnt, or the power supply system circuit and CPU of the computer panel and instrument may be burnt. Some excavator lines are connected with diodes. If the power supply is used as the reverse connection protection of the positive and negative poles, these diodes will be burnt directly, and the fuse is not sure to be spared.
3. In case of failure or abnormal operation of the throttle motor, the throttle motor used by the excavator includes DC motor and stepping motor.. if the motor is overheated and short circuited, it is easy to burn the accelerator control circuit of the computer board, which is an inevitable failure. In ordinary times, pay more attention to keep the accelerator motor assembly of the excavator clean, and the probability of failure will be reduced; When the excavator is powered on, the accelerator motor link of the excavator is pulled off. If the accelerator control lever is hard pressed, it is likely to burn the computer board of the excavator
It is difficult to start the excavator in cold weather, and the 36 volt battery power is fixed to start the machine. This operation method may be a problem when the old excavator is usually used. If the operation on the machine control panel in the computer is newer, it is easy to burn the main power relay of the safety relay. When the two relay coils are burnt out causing internal short circuit, the computer and the instrument panel of the excavator are burnt out.
5. Water ingress into the computer board or instrument system of the excavator is a common social phenomenon and extremely destructive. In particular, when the computer board is charged, the internal control water ingress. Basically, we will burn all the copper foils of the circuit board in the enterprise and the oxidation technology cannot be repaired in time. Another development is that the plug harness of the computer board is flooded, and the fault will be caused by the oxidation of the pins of the computer board, The phenomenon is poor contact between the pin and the soldering point of the circuit board.
6. The repairman misoperates. Many excavator repairmen do not know the circuit. When they suspect that an electronic part is not working properly, they use the short-circuit method to test whether the circuit is normal. The short-circuit operation method of this circuit is the least recommended in circuit maintenance and is very harmful
