Analysis on the cause of running deviation of Komatsu excavator after replacing the pump

Excavator fault analysis and inspection process:

① Check in the order from easy to difficult. Because it is a new pump, only check whether there is leakage in the connecting line of the pump.

② It was found that the eppr valve and pilot pressure oil pipe were connected to the feedback port of P2 pump, but the fault still existed after replacement.

③ Check the swivel joint and find that there is damage to the seal, which makes the oil inlet and return channels of one of the motors in series, so that the oil inlet of the motor is reduced, resulting in the reduction of engine speed, which is the phenomenon of excavator deviation.

Fault analysis of excavator traveling deviation:

① The variable displacement double pump is damaged or leaking.

② The reversing valve spool is stuck

③ Pressure of safety valve is too low

④ Swivel seal damaged

Excavator fault repair:

① Check the double pumps (P1, P2) and find no leakage or damage

② The change-over valve core is not stuck

③ Measure the pressure of the safety valve, and the pressure is within the specified range

④ When checking the swivel joint, it was found that a seal was damaged, which made the oil inlet channel of one of the motors in collusion with the oil return, so that the oil inlet of the motor was reduced, the speed was reduced, and the excavator deviated
