After analysis and inspection, many possible reasons were ruled out. Finally, it was decided to disassemble the sk330 hydraulic pump for maintenance. It was found that the two ends of the variable shaft directly controlling the swash plate swing of the hydraulic pump on the hydraulic pump had no sense of compression. After removing the variable shaft for measurement, it was found that the roundness error reached 0.05mm, and the roundness error of the matching hole reached 0.10mm. Therefore, the fitting clearance was large, resulting in serious leakage, This makes it impossible to swing the swash plate to the maximum position, which makes the action of sk330-8 excavator slow.
Repair method:
① Enamel the shaft holes at both ends of the shell to achieve the required roundness;
② And turning the variable shaft, then spraying, and finally finishing grinding, so that the fitting clearance between the variable shaft and the enamelled hole is 0.03mm;
After the above treatment, it was found that the slow action fault of sk330-8 excavator was solved.
