(1) It is necessary to pay attention to the discovery of abnormal behaviors at any time
There must be some reasons for abnormalities, such as abnormal sound, vibration or abnormal data signals of the monitoring and management system. As soon as abnormal problems and phenomena are found, we will immediately find the circuit diagram, follow the diagram, and carefully observe whether the abnormal psychological phenomenon of the ability of observation is caused by a temporary error.
(2) Do not load the hydraulic pump immediately after starting
After the hydraulic pump is started, it is required to carry out no-load idling for a period of learning time (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes). Especially when the temperature is very low, it is necessary to warm up the vehicle to make the hydraulic control circuit circulate normally and add load again, and confirm the operation status of the company.
(3) Observe the oil temperature change
Pay attention to check the basic conditions of the highest and lowest oil temperature changes, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the protection temperature of the external market environment. Only in this way can we really know whether the cooler capacity and the oil storage tank capacity are consistent with the surrounding living conditions. The use of these conditions is to coordinate with each other, and the troubleshooting of the cooling operation system can be followed.
(4) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
The new hydraulic pump has little wear at the initial stage. It is easy to be affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperature or overload under natural conditions will directly cause the consequences of adverse events for children and cause an abnormal effect on the hydraulic pump.
(5) Pay attention to the display value of relevant inspection meter class
Master and observe the vibration and stability of the pressure gauge display value and pressure switch light signal of the hydraulic circuit at any time, so as to find out whether the interaction mechanism of the hydraulic circuit is normal as soon as possible.
(6) Pay attention to training and observe the completion of the patient's mechanical movements
The improper design method of hydraulic circuit structure or the bad manufacturing industry of components are not easy to find in the initial capital use stage. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the action teaching state under the condition of using various resources.
(7) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve
Fully understand the use of employees' pressure control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment of business scope and limits, otherwise, their adjustment of their wrong ideas will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a serious threat to safety education.
(8) Check the status of the filter
The filter in the circuit shall be taken out and cleaned regularly, and the status of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on the network shall be checked, and the quality, quantity and size shall be analyzed. In this way, the degree of pollution in the circuit can be observed, and the source and location of the pollutants can be inferred.
(9) Regularly check the change of hydraulic oil
Check and analyze the deterioration, discoloration and pollution of hydraulic oil to a certain extent every one or two months to ensure the normal operation of the whole hydraulic transmission medium.
(10) Pay attention to the leakage of piping and personal conditions
Whether the piping of the hydraulic device is good or not can be seen after a historical period of operation, whether there is oil leakage in the inspection system and whether the piping is loose.
(11) Attention shall be paid to the operation of the new machine within three months
During the operation of the new machine, check the operation conditions, such as the maintenance of the machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and whether the user's use of the network conditions should comply with the legal provisions.
