1 The hydraulic oil volume is blocked, causing the vehicle to be weak
Blocking of the oil suction filter element of the hydraulic oil circuit and emptying of the oil circuit (including low oil level in the hydraulic oil tank) will cause insufficient oil suction of the hydraulic pump or even no oil suction, which will directly lead to insufficient oil pressure in the hydraulic oil circuit, thus making the excavator not act.

Hydraulic excavators generally use two or more main pumps to provide pressure oil to the system. First, it can be judged whether the power of the engine output shaft can be transmitted to each hydraulic pump. If it can not be transmitted, the problem occurs in the power output of the engine. 3 The failure of the safety locking valve causes the vehicle to be powerless
The safety locking valve is a mechanical switch set in the cab, which can control the connection and disconnection of the low-pressure oil circuit and the three groups of proportional pressure control valves in the cab, namely, the oil circuit between the left and right joysticks and the traveling push rod. When the safety locking valve is stuck or blocked, the oil cannot push the main control valve through the proportional pressure control valve, thus causing the failure that the whole machine does not act.
4. The vehicle is weak due to the failure of the main overflow valve
The main relief valve is a safety valve located on the valve body of the main control valve. By adjusting the pressure regulating nut of the main relief valve, the maximum pressure of ten thousand cubic meters of data of the entire hydraulic system can be set, so as to keep the pressure of the entire hydraulic system within the controllable range, so that there will be no insufficient or excessive pressure. If the spring in the main relief valve is broken or the set pressure is too low, the pressure of the entire system will be too low, The pressure of the pressure oil of the main pump cannot overcome the resistance of the actuating element to do work, so the whole machine does not work.
