1. The problem of the hydraulic pump. When checking and adjusting the pressure and flow of the main pump, the response after adjustment is not very big or basically does not work. Then remove the main pump for inspection. The adjuster is worn, the servo plunger is worn, the port plate is worn, the plunger and the cylinder block are worn, and the swashplate is worn. Wear in these places will cause low pressure and flow of the hot car.
2. When the hot car is slow, check the pilot pressure first. If the pressure is too low, check whether the gear pump leaks internally and whether the pilot filter element is blocked by debris. If the pilot pressure is not enough, the valve rod of the working device of the main control valve cannot be fully opened, resulting in slow speed and no force.
3. It's a special reminder that, compared with cars that have been used for a long time, cars that have been using breakers for a long time must replace the hydraulic oil on time. Many failures are caused by the hydraulic oil. Once the temperature of the hydraulic oil rises, the action will be slow. Be sure to check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, the return filter core, and the oil suction filter core before checking and judging the cleanliness.
4. The internal leakage of the main control valve is the main reason for the slow speed of the hot car. The main reason is that the daily maintenance is not in place, the hydraulic oil is not checked or replaced in time, and the frequent use of the breaker is also the main reason for the main control valve. The improper adjustment of the breaker pressure and the untimely replacement of the hydraulic oil will cause impact wear on the valve rod of the main control valve, the main overflow valve, and the oil port overflow valve, and finally lead to the slow speed of the internal leakage of the whole car.
