When the excavator is operated with weak rotation, the head will explode instantly. For example, recently, a Komatsu PC360 owner reported that his machine was weak in rotation, accompanied by walking. What's the matter? What are the reasons for the excavator's weak rotation?
1. Hydraulic motor failure
When the excavator is unable to swing, check the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic pressure energy into mechanical energy output, so that the platform can rotate. When the energy input to the hydraulic motor is reduced and the platform rotation resistance cannot be overcome, it may cause the situation of weak rotation.
2. Safety valve failure
When the safety valve is not tightly sealed, it will affect the speed of the rotary platform of the excavator. If these valves are worn, the valve core and valve seat will be squeezed by pressure, and the sealing property will be reduced accordingly, and the working pressure oil will leak out of the oil valve, causing the failure of weak rotation of the excavator.
3. The damping hole of pressure limiting valve is blocked
Another point is that the damping hole of the pressure limiting valve is blocked. Because the pressure limiting valve is often opened, the valve seat sleeve is easy to wear, and external impurities will enter the oil pump, causing the damping hole of the pressure limiting valve to be blocked.
4. Failure of slewing reducer and slewing ring
The slewing reducer and slewing support are important components of the slewing mechanism. When the internal bearings and gears are worn, they make abnormal noises or vibrations. It will also affect the normal rotation of the rotary platform, causing slow rotation.
It is not difficult to see from the above failure causes of weak slewing that there are many kinds of situations and causes of weak slewing. Once there is a problem with our excavator, we should deal with it in a timely manner, otherwise it will be difficult to cure a long illness. Therefore, we must carefully compare the fault phenomenon and handle it symptomatically!
