1、 Reasons for stalling of excavator:
1 Failure of large hydraulic pump
2 Problems with two valves of excavator
3 If the variable of hydraulic pump regulator is disordered, the excavator will stall
4 Is the combiner valve of the solenoid valve stuck
5. Too much hydraulic oil will cause the excavator to stall
6. If the fuel supply is not smooth, check whether the oil passage is blocked or leaking
2、 Corresponding troubleshooting:
1. Although you said that there was no problem in the inspection, it is recommended to clean the most basic fuel circuit and replace all filter elements. Remove the oil outlet pipe from the diesel pump to see if the fuel injection length can reach about 6-7cm.
2. The jib and traveling are mainly supplied by pump 2, and the regulator of lower pump 2 is mainly checked and cleaned.
3. 90% of the car hold up is caused by fuel circuit failure. It is better to carefully check the fuel circuit to confirm whether there is any air leakage, such as damaged pipe joint seals, filter elements not in place, and the drain cover of oil-water separator not tightened.
It is not terrible for the excavator to stall when it is holding up. The terrible thing is that the excavator has a fault and is ill, and no one treats it.
