Failure analysis and maintenance:
1. There is a problem with the oil circuit. The oil circuit is blocked, the oil is dirty, and the engine is blocked when the oil supply is not available, which seriously causes the car to shut down. Maintenance method: replace all the diesel filter elements, and the oil-water separator will be cleaned. If there is still any problem after replacing the filter element, check that when you replace the filter element, the oil pipe is not leaking much, and the oil is urgent? The oil pipe is blocked when the oil is not big.
2. Hydraulic problem. The high or low pressure of the hydraulic pump will cause black smoke!
3. The flow of the main pump is a problem. A high flow will cause the excavator to smoke heavily and hold it back, which will seriously stall. When the flow is high, the flow of the main pump will be lowered. Generally, the main pump will turn back half a circle. When the flow reaches about 1 and a half circles, the excavator will lose speed and power.
4. The problem with the oil pump. Generally speaking, it's not the problem with the oil pump. The main problems with the oil pump are lack of power and the engine doesn't work well. There is black smoke when the engine runs at a set speed. These are some common problems with the oil pump. If there are such problems, you'd better calibrate the oil pump
5. There is a problem with the solenoid valve circuit. Check LS-EPC valve on the monitoring display board. Is there any current flowing through PC-EPC valve? The specific parameters of the current are not clearly recorded, so I won't tell you. The internal mechanical parts of the solenoid valve are stuck. For example, the LS-EPC valve and the PC-EPC valve core are stuck, and there are dirt inside.
