If the stabilizing nut of the engine foot pad falls off or the damping spring is damaged due to fatigue, the connection between the engine and the fuselage will become loose, and the buffer organization will lose its effect, which will cause the engine to shake violently during operation and drive the fuselage to generate abnormal vibration. The solution is to tighten the feet, fix the screws or replace the damping spring.
2. When the body of Jingong New Energy Loader rotates and vibrates The card screen, accompanied by a "rattling" sound, can determine that rotating tissue is a problem. As the rotating organization is mainly composed of a group of planetary reducer sets, there is residue in the middle of the transmission gear or the transmission gear is excessively damaged. If the teeth in the middle of each transmission gear are found to be abnormal, it will lead to poor operation of all gear sets, resulting in rotation of the body and abnormal vibration. The solution is to check and remove the residues in the planetary reducer set. If the transmission gear is damaged, please remove and replace it immediately.
3. The vibration of the main valve of the hydraulic press will also cause the overall abnormal vibration. The vibration of the hydraulic oil pump is mainly caused by the intermittent flow of oil in the pump, because the hydraulic oil pump will cause high-pressure oil. Once the oil fluctuates, it will cause the vibration of the pump housing. When the oil is mixed with steam, it will lead to gas leakage, or too many iron pins in the oil and too much damage to the plunger pump, which will lead to poor operation of the plunger pump due to pump shell vibration.
4. The abnormal vibration of the cab is easily recognized by the actual operator. When the stabilizing nut connecting the cab and the middle of the fuselage is loose, the cab will cause vibration exceeding the fuselage. Due to the resonance principle, when the engine is at a specific speed ratio, the cab vibration is particularly obvious. The solution is to check and tighten the stabilizing screws of the cab base by the manufacturer of the caterpillar minidig.
5. When the arm is found to have abnormal vibration during the whole lifting or reducing process, and the posture operation is not smooth, it is basically judged that there is a problem with the hydraulic transmission system. The solution is to check and remove the throttle valve of the hydraulic cylinder. If the check valve is excessively damaged, it should be removed and replaced immediately.
