For example, the excavator has high water temperature, which is often accompanied by damage, air and water leakage of the engine cylinder gasket. After the cylinder gasket is burned, the working condition of the engine will be seriously deteriorated, which will eventually lead to failure to work, and may also cause damage to some engine related parts or parts. A careless hazard becomes an overhaul.
1. When the engine temperature is too high, the temperature of the air entering the engine is relatively high, so the actual amount of air entering the engine is relatively small, which reduces the intake efficiency of the engine, and the engine power and torque also decrease, so the engine will have insufficient power.
2. When the engine temperature is too high, the temperature inside the combustion chamber is very high. It is easy to reach the ignition point of gasoline and ignite the mixture, causing deflagration, causing strong engine impact and vibration, causing early damage to parts due to additional impact loads.
3. When the engine temperature is too high, the piston will expand excessively, which will reduce or even disappear the fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder wall, thus increasing the movement resistance of the piston, and even pulling the piston and cylinder wall. The normal clearance of other moving parts is also damaged, resulting in increased wear and even damage.
4. When the engine temperature is too high, the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases, and a good oil film cannot be formed on the friction surface, which worsens the lubrication condition, thus aggravating the damage of the parts.
5. When the engine temperature is too high, the elasticity of the piston ring will drop sharply, so the gap between the piston and the cylinder wall can not be sealed well, and the functions of oil scraping and oil distribution can not be better completed, which will lead to engine exhaust, oil burning and other failures. If the engine has experienced two high temperatures, the elasticity of the piston ring will basically disappear, and the engine will soon burn oil. Only overhaul the engine at this time.
