1 Remove the oil drain switch at the bottom of the oil tank, and then wash it repeatedly with clean oil. Then flush the inside of the oil tank with a large air pump and use clean oil several times to return a clean oil tank
2. Open the bottom of the oil tank for excavator repair. Rinse it with oil. Wheel inside at the same point
3 Most excavators have a flange plate at the bottom of the oil tank. Remove the flange plate after draining the diesel oil. Be careful not to damage the seal ring. Your hand can reach into the oil tank. Remove the sludge and sediment, wipe it dry and clean it. After reverse installation, pay attention to check whether there is any leakage when refueling
What should we do if Komatsu's excavator suddenly stops and cannot be started?
1 Check whether there is air intake in the oil circuit
2. If the starter fails to pull when the engine stops suddenly during operation, the tiles may be burnt
3 If the engine oil or diesel fails to meet the driving standard, the engine will suddenly stop. Of course, if the first two meet the standard, the biggest possibility is that there is something wrong with the starting circuit
E-16 It is difficult to start the engine at low temperature (in cold weather or cold zone, it is difficult to start or not to start the engine even after preheating)
① Relevant MC fault code: None
② As shown in Fig. 6-223, check the measurement of glow plug voltage and resistance. Check whether the current is sent to the glow plug. Check whether the glow plug is abnormal.
③ The preheating system works only when the coolant temperature is lower than 10 ℃. When the coolant temperature is higher than 10 ℃, the preheating system will not work.
Troubleshooting:
1 Disconnect the connector of coolant temperature sensor. Check whether the voltage of glow plug is 20-24V.
2 If it is within this range, it is a sensor fault.
3 If not, disconnect the connector inside the ECM. Connect terminal # 4 on the connector end to the machine. Check whether the fault is solved. If it is resolved, the ECM is faulty.
4 If it is not resolved, measure the resistance of the standby glow plug and disconnect the connector in the glow plug relay. Check whether the voltage at terminals # 1 and # 3 of the connector terminal in the glow plug relay is 20~24V
5 If this is not the case, if the voltage of terminal # 1 is ov, the harness between the glow plug relay and the battery is open circuited. If the voltage of terminal # 3 is ov, the harness between the glow plug relay and terminal M in the key switch is open circuit.
6 If it is between, connect the connector in the glow plug relay. Connect terminal # 4 of the connector harness end to the machine. Check whether the voltage of glow plug is 20 - 24V.
7 If not, the glow plug is faulty. The glow plug relay is faulty, or the cable between the glow plug relay and the glow plug is faulty. If yes, there is an open circuit in the harness between the glow plug relay and the ECM.
