The main reasons for the sudden shutdown of the loader diesel engine are:


1. Failure of the oil supply system caused a sudden shutdown


This downtime is due to the interruption of air intake or fuel interruption in the fuel supply line of diesel engines. Before the engine stops suddenly, the speed of the diesel engine is suddenly high and low.


The reasons for the interruption of oil supply are as follows:


A. diesel tank oil quantity is insufficient, should add fuel oil;


The B. oil road is not tight sealed. When such a fault occurs, it can be judged by the method of deflating the fuel system after shutdown. If the pump is pumped by hand oil pump, a large amount of foam oil bubbles will be released at the vent screw, which will cause the shutdown of the oil and gas in the oil. The seal of low pressure oil should be examined carefully.


C. fuel injection pump camshaft broken or rolling key, the connecting plate fracture, should repair the fuel injection pump.


2. The crankshaft is locked to a sudden stop


After stopping, observe whether the water temperature is abnormal, and whether the oil pan has water (oil is emulsified). If the check is normal, the crankshaft of the diesel engine should be turned. If it feels difficult to rotate, it can be judged to burn the bearing bush or burn the bearing bush and then hold the crankshaft. After the failure of the axle bush is found, the cause, cleaning the oil path, grinding the crankshaft, replacing the bearing bush and a few parts (connecting rods, etc.) should be found before assembling the test machine.


3. A sudden stop caused by a cylinder


With the progress of science and technology, diesel engine quality and performance are also increasing, but in actual use, there will still be engine jar, piston melting top and other failures. Once such a fault occurs, the problem is very serious for the machine hand, delay transportation is not said, and need to pay high maintenance costs.


Wrong operation a: engine full load work suddenly stop.


When the engine works in full load, the instantaneous temperature in the engine cylinder can reach 1700 degrees Celsius. If the engine stops suddenly at this time, the heat of the engine will be gathered and the cylinder is in the expansion stroke, the temperature in the cylinder can reach more than 700 degrees Celsius, and the high temperature inside the cylinder can not be passed. The heat is taken away by the coolant, and the piston of the cylinder is prone to partial melting. At the same time, the pressure of the turbocharger will be burned. If the engine is started to enter the full load again, the piston of the cylinder may have a serious piston top.


Solution: in the daily use of the engine should avoid the sudden shutdown of the engine in full load operation, if the engine causes a sudden shutdown, can use a starter to drag the engine several times (each time drag the engine not more than 15s), so that the coolant circulates again to take away the heat in the cylinder, to reduce the expansion impact. The temperature of the piston can avoid the emergence of piston top. Do not start the engine again before the engine has identified the specific cause.


Error operation B: engine running for long and low speed


In reality, a long time idle running engine is often used when the organic hand is stopped, because the engine has no load, the engine running temperature is low, the engine lubrication condition is not very good, the low oil pressure is not favorable to the formation of oil film, and the wear of the moving parts will be aggravated relatively. If the wear of the piston ring and cylinder sleeve is too large, the oil will go up into the combustion chamber and take part in the combustion. Finally, the diesel engine takes blue smoke, and the carbon of the combustion chamber will increase. The engine has insufficient power. When the engine is working at large load, it is easy to appear the failure of the cylinder or the piston melting top.


Solutions: it is suggested that we reduce the low speed operation time of the engine, do not run more than ten minutes under idle condition, stop for ten minutes or so, to avoid the damage of the engine's long idle speed, and reduce unnecessary waste of diesel.


Error operation C: long - time overload operation of the engine


When the engine is overloaded for a long time, the burden of each component in the cylinder will be aggravated, and the engine's operating temperature will rise, and the engine heat can easily appear with the bad heat dissipation of the engine. In this case, the gap between the moving parts in the engine is smaller, and the piston is subjected to the dual action of high temperature stress and mechanical stress for a long time. It is easy to produce the piston fatigue ablation and lead to the engine cylinder.


Solution: avoid overload of diesel engine for a long time so that the engine is in a reasonable load, and it is not boring when climbing. If the engine is overloaded in some special conditions, it is necessary to reduce the speed of the engine for a few minutes to reduce the engine temperature, which will help to prolong the service life of the engine.


Wrong operation D: full load operation immediately after engine starts.


In actual transportation, many Kang powder likes to throttle after the engine starts, or accelerates when the vehicle starts. In fact, this method of damage to the engine is very large, mainly because the engine is very low temperature when the engine is running, the gap between the piston and cylinder sleeve is very large, the engine oil temperature is low and the maximum lubrication effect is not played. After starting, the engine can run the full load of the engine, and it is easy to pull the cylinder at this time.

Solution: after starting the engine, do not carry on the throttle, and do not immediately enter the full load work, the correct operation method is after the engine start idle running a few minutes, let the engine have a preheating, winter time can be a little longer, the engine run after a period of time, after a period of time. Gradually increase the load of the engine.
