When the filter core is replaced, the "O" ring in the hand oil pump is squeezed out. The valve of the hand oil pump is stuck on the "O" ring in the action, and it has always been in the open state, so that the air can not be discharged. Therefore, when changing the filter element, we should pay attention to not overexert when tightening.

First, release the exhaust bolts of the fuel filter element and loosen the hand pump button.

The fuel is discharged repeatedly by hand, until the fuel flowing out of the exhaust bolt does not have bubbles, and the pressure is pressed after pressing.

Finally tighten the exhaust bolt
Matters needing attention
1, try to avoid using hand oil pump, daily maintenance, oil and water separator after drainage, do not need to use hand oil pump for a long time pumping oil.
2, the excavator can not start, in determining whether the fuel pipeline suction unprecedented, as far as possible to avoid directly pressing the hand oil pump for a long time pumping oil.
3, if the engine does not catch fire, press the hand oil pump exhaust, until the oil discharge pressure can be produced, such as the continued press, long time pump oil, will cause the handle bar bending and unnecessary wear.
4, under the condition that the hand oil pump is not good enough, the exhaust bolt can be loosened, and the engine can strike the fire until the exhaust bolt hits the oil, so that the air can be exhausted.
