Knowing the cause of the spontaneous combustion of the excavator, we should start with the following points to avoid accidents.
Always check the leakage of fuel and lubricating system. If leakage occurs, locate the oil leakage immediately. Wipe out the leakage of fuel or lubricating oil after troubleshooting.
Check the line breakage, short circuit and loose condition, and find that problems should be repaired in time.
Check and confirm that the fuse used is in accordance with the regulations. If the fuse current is not in conformity with the regulations, it should be replaced immediately. If a fuse is broken or short circuited, it should first find out the cause and remove the fault before replacing the fuse.
When fuel is injected into the fuel tank, the fuel leakage from the fuel outlet should be prevented from splashing to the high temperature parts such as exhaust manifold and turbocharger.
The engine inlet pipe should be separated from the high temperature components such as the exhaust manifold, turbocharger and other parts 150mm, so as to ensure that the oil intake hose and fuel tank do not contact the high temperature components.
The engine room should be checked frequently. If there are litter, paper and other debris, it should be removed in time.
The engine oil gauge oil level can not be checked when the engine is running, so as to avoid the operator being burned.
When filling the fuel tank, avoid overflow and ensure that there is no fire source and no smoking nearby.
We must remember to turn off the power switch after shutdown.
