In the low temperature weather, the excavators begin to appear on the fire. Many experienced bosses have been strange to this "seasonal" fault, but each year will happen, but it will happen all the time. The problem has never been solved well. Xiao Bian tells you how to deal with difficulties when excavators start difficult.
1. How to choose oil and lubricating oil?
All components are made of low viscosity fuel and lubricating oil.
1. The fuel is -10, -20 and -35# diesel oil according to the temperature.
2, the oil is based on 15W-40 and 10W-30 and 5W-30 (Apl cF-4 (ApI) s (ApI American Petroleum Association) s, which begins with gasoline engine oil, and C begins with diesel oil, which is common to s/c).
3, of course, the hydraulic oil should also choose the suitable model. For example, the 46 hydraulic oil of the northern area is common in the four seasons, and the No. 68 hydraulic oil can be used in the south in summer. It is recommended to use No. 46 in winter.
4. The gear oil is 90W-140 and 85W-140.

Two, the electric charge of the battery should be sufficient
When the ambient temperature drops, the battery loss also decreases. If the battery charge ratio is low, the battery electrolyte will freeze. Keep the battery charge close to 100% and isolate the battery from low temperature, so that the machine can be easily activated in the morning of the second day. As the storage capacity of the battery drops significantly at low temperatures, it is necessary to pack the battery from the machine and put it in the warm place, and then put it on the machine the next morning. If there is oxide on the column, rinse with boiling water, so that it can increase battery life.
Three. Preheating the engine
Due to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the failure phenomenon will become serious after entering the winter in normal or slight leakage and wear failure in summer. There are many changes in the gap between the plunger in the diesel pump, the change of the injection nozzle oil nozzle, the gap of the valve and the gap between the piston rings and so on, which are not conducive to the start of the engine in winter. Therefore, before excavator starts, we must do warm-up work well.
Four. Coolant (antifreeze)
The following points should be paid attention to in the annotation of antifreeze:
1, antifreeze is poisonous. Be careful not to let antifreeze splash on your eyes and skin. If you splash your eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
2, antifreeze is inflammable, so when dealing with antifreeze, do not approach any source of fire, do not smoke.
3, do not use methanol, ethanol or propanol as antifreeze. Do not use any leakproof agent. Do not use a mixture of different brands of antifreeze. When you add antifreeze or oil, you can use mineral water bottles to remove the bottom.
Five. The shutdown preparation (stop construction) has three points as follows:
To prevent the freezing of soil and water on the lower part of the vehicle, the machines will work properly the next morning.
First: turn the excavator 90 degrees and transfer the big arm to the track side. Lift up the machine and lift the Caterpillar board away from the ground.
The second item: make the crawler board empty. Repeat the operation on the other side of the track.
And so on three items: if there is no excavator, fill up the tank to prevent the temperature from falling down, and the condensation of moisture in the empty tank will form water.
Fourth: check the oil, antifreeze, hydraulic fluid, battery (fold it down and put it in a dry and warm place, and charge it well).
Fifth: regular rust prevention work, and then the operation of the air conditioning system, to prevent the freezing of oil in the excavator and refrigerant leakage.
