At the same time, we should check whether there is a blockage in the hydraulic circuit and the oil filter element. If so, the oil circuit should be cleaned up and parts should be replaced in serious cases.
2, the insufficient output of hydraulic pump will also cause the excavator to move slowly. This belongs to one of the transmission failures of the hydraulic system, and the manipulator can enter the service diagnosis system to carry out the related pressure test to see if the hydraulic pump conduction causes the slow motion of the excavator.
3, the engine output power is too low, the power shortage, please combine DX data to analyze the output of the engine, all cylinders can work at the same time; check whether the engine has black smoke, if the nozzle wear seriously, it will also cause the engine power decline.
4, the lack of pilot pressure causes insufficient pressure to open the spool, causing insufficient flow and causing slow action.

1, the problem of hydraulic pump, check and adjust the main pump pressure flow, adjustment after the reaction is little or basically no effect, that is to remove the main pump inspection, adjuster wear, servo plunger wear, flow disc wear, piston and cylinder wear, slanted disc wear, these places wear will cause low pressure flow of hot car.
2, when the hot car is slow to check the pilot pressure, if the pressure is too low (the lowest 3.9MPA) that is not to see if the gear pump (small pine car self pressure relief valve) to vent, the pilot filter (filter) is not a sundries to cause blockage. If the pilot pressure is not enough, it is impossible to fully open the main control valve working device stem, resulting in slow speed.
3, special reminding, relative years of the car, a long time for the car with breakers must be on time to replace hydraulic oil, many failures are caused by hydraulic oil, of course, the hydraulic oil is more viscous when the cold car is thick so the pressure flow is basically guaranteed when the car is cold, and the temperature of the oil is raised to about 60 degrees. Start slowly, we must first look at the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, oil filter cartridge, cleanliness of oil absorption filter in the next inspection.
4. The main control valve is the main cause of the slow speed of the hot car, the main reason is that the daily maintenance is not in place, the hydraulic oil is not checked or replaced in time, and the breakers are often the main cause of the main control valve. The pressure adjustment of the breakers is improper and the hydraulic oil will not be replaced in time to the valve stem of the main control valve, the main overflow valve, the oil spillway valve. It causes impact wear and finally leads to slow internal leakage.
