In addition, the design of a characteristic hinge can rotate the broken hammer 180 degrees to the inside of the arm in the use of a bucket.
In the case of using the broken hammer, it is necessary to turn the bucket to the highest point, and realize the two kinds of operations which are mutually exclusive, and can be switched at will.
The biggest advantage of this design is that the two modes of excavation and fragmentation can be switched arbitrarily anytime and anywhere. It greatly saves the time of changing attachments, saves time and labor and improves work efficiency.
Another advantage is that when we replace the broken hammer, the hydraulic pipeline is repeatedly disassembled, it is easy to make the hydraulic oil into the impurity and cause the pollution, and even the failure of the hydraulic system. However, this design also has its drawbacks. First, the hydraulic cylinder added to the crusher will increase part of the maintenance cost. At the same time, two kinds of work devices are installed on the small arm, compared to the ordinary excavator, increasing the weight of the small arm, not only affects the operation speed, but also increases the fuel consumption.
On the other hand, because of the relationship between the installation position of the broken hammer and the digging operation in the use of a bucket, it will cause some disturbance to the bucket and cause some inconvenience.
For this new design, its advantages really bring great convenience to the homework, but the disadvantages are also obvious. This design is currently only being applied abroad, and it is hard to say whether it is suitable for domestic conditions.
So do not think that this design is easy to change when changing the broken hammer, if there is a problem in the operation, it will be more troublesome than the replacement of a broken hammer.
