Core tip: the circuit part of excavator: in the past twenty years, the excavator has been developing rapidly in circuit and hydraulics. Nowadays, excavators can be said to be everywhere in terms of circuits, and they can be classified according to electrical components and networks. Here, I would like to briefly talk about my views according to my understanding.
The circuit in the excavator
The circuit in the excavator can be divided into two periods. Twenty years ago, the circuit was very simple, only the engine started, the water temperature, the oil pressure, the light, and so on. Do not say much here.
In the past twenty years, the excavator has been developing rapidly in circuit and hydraulics. Nowadays, excavators can be said to be everywhere in terms of circuits, and they can be classified according to electrical components and networks. Here, I would like to briefly talk about my views according to my understanding.
According to the correlation of each component's loop, it can be divided into correlation loop and non correlation loop.
Non related loop: the so-called unrelated loop refers to a simple circuit consisting of only a few electrical components: this kind of loop neither acts as a signal source of other circuits, nor does it use other circuits as a signal source. It does not affect other circuits and components, but it does not affect other circuits and components. The road is getting less and less. Such as:
(1) lighting: components have switches, relays, lights and so on.
(2) loudspeaker: components have switches, relays, loudspeakers, etc.
(3) walking speed: components have switches, relays, solenoid valves, etc.
(4) all kinds of liquid surfaces (as if some of them are related now).
2. correlation loop: Contrary to the non related loop, in the associated loop, each loop is not independent, or each other uses an external signal as the source signal, or the signal that is collected by itself is used as the control source of other circuits.
Because this method is not easy to understand, there is not much explanation.
According to its function, it can be divided into display system and control system.
A display system: this kind of system is mainly used for mechanically operated drivers in order to understand the operation of machinery in time. The main components are sensors, meters and indicator lamps.

(3) oil pressure
(4) oil oil level
(5) fuel oil level
(6) air
(7) hydraulic oil level
(8) power generation
(9) various working modes and so on.
2, control loop: the so-called control loop refers to one or several components, based on the signals collected by other components, and then the circuit that changes the working state of a certain mechanism after processing. In the loop, there must be signal acquisition elements (can be divided into automatic acquisition and manual input), processing elements and executive components.
According to its control object, the circuit can be divided into: engine control system, hydraulic pump control system, valve control system and other control systems.
(1) engine control system: in this control system, the actuator has a starting motor, a EC motor (stepping motor), and some machinery also has a parking motor or a parking relay. Signal processing elements are commonly used computers (or EC). The signal acquisition components include the starting switch, the throttle twisting, the speed sensor, the EC sensor, the pressure switches and so on. Some are also the source signals of the engine control, such as water temperature, oil pressure, and water level.
(2) hydraulic pump control system: the hydraulic pump control system, the only actuator is the pump to control the solenoid valve, its processing element is the computer (PVC). Its source signal acquisition components are also small, with engine speed sensors (automatic acquisition), throttle twisting and working mode switch (manual input). In most cases, this system is used as an auxiliary system (except EX200 2 / 3), and in some designs the output pressure of the pump is also used as the source letter. Number。 (our common excavator hydraulic pump is mainly liquid control, hydraulic system to be realized, the main pressure system is the main source of the signal).
(3) valve control system: the valve control system mostly uses the manual switch and the pressure switch of the pilot operating system as the signal source, and the relay and the solenoid valve as the actuating element, and the function is mostly control the flow distribution.
(4) other control systems, such as lights, loudspeakers, wipers, etc., are no different from other construction machinery.
In a word, with the continuous development of science and technology, the electrical appliances will also be more and more perfect, and various types of models are not the same in the design, here can only be a simple introduction, do not know whether it will help.
