The diesel generating set is the provider of emergency standby power supply after the power failure of the city. Most of the time units are in standby standby state. Once the power outages, it is required that the unit "start in a hurry, supply power in a hurry" or the standby unit will lose significance. How can we achieve this goal? 1. The failure of the starting battery of the unit
The battery is unmaintained for a long time, the electrolyte can not be replenish in time after the water volatilization, the battery charger is not configured, the battery can be reduced after the natural discharge of the battery for a long time, or the charger needs to be recharged periodically. To solve this problem, in addition to configuring high quality chargers, the necessary inspection and maintenance is necessary.
2. Water enters a diesel engine
Due to the condensation of water and gas in the air in the temperature change, the formed water beads are attached to the inner wall of the tank and flow into the diesel oil, which causes the water content of the diesel oil to exceed the standard. This diesel oil enters the high pressure oil pump of the engine and will rust the precision coupling parts - the plunger, which will seriously damage the unit, and the fixed maintenance is effectively avoidable.
3. The oil retention period (two years)
The engine oil is mechanical lubrication, and the oil also has a certain period of retention, long storage, the physical and chemical properties of the oil will change, causing the lubrication condition of the unit to deteriorate, easy to cause damage to the unit parts, so the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
4. The replacement cycle of three filters (wood filter, mechanical filtration, air filtration, water filtration).
Filter is used to filter the diesel oil, oil or water to prevent impurities entering the body, and oil and impurities are unavoidable in diesel oil, so the filter plays an important role in the operation of the unit, but at the same time, the oil or impurities are deposited on the filter wall to filter the filter. In the process of using the normal generating set, we suggest that the first, the common units change three filters every 500 hours, and second, the standby unit will replace three filters every two years.
5. Cooling system
The water pump, water tank and water pipeline have not been cleaned for a long time, so that the water circulation is not smooth, the cooling effect is reduced, the water pipe joint is good, the water tank and the water channel are leaky. If the cooling system fails, the results are as follows: first, the cooling effect is not good and the water temperature of the unit is too high to stop, and the Wilson unit is the most frequent See: second, water leakage of the water tank reduces the water level in the water tank, and the unit will not work properly. (to prevent the use of generators in winter, the water pipe is frozen. We suggest that it is best to install water heaters in the cooling system).
6. Lubricating system, seal
Because of the chemical properties of lubricating oil or oil esters and the iron chips produced by mechanical wear, this not only reduces the lubrication effect, but also accelerates the damage of the parts. At the same time, the lubricating oil has a certain corrosion to the rubber seal ring, and the oil seal itself is aging at any time to reduce the sealing effect.
7. Fuel and gas distribution system
The output of engine power mainly is that the fuel is burned in the cylinder and the fuel is ejected through the nozzle. This makes the coke deposited on the nozzle. With the increase of the amount of deposition, the injection amount of the nozzle will be affected, and the injection nozzle ignition advance angle time is not allowed, and the fuel injection amount of the generator cylinder is not uniform. The state is not smooth, so the regular cleaning of the fuel system, the replacement of the filter parts of the oil supply unimpeded, the adjustment of the gas distribution system to make it ignition even.
8. The control part of the unit
The control part of the oil turbine is also an important part of the maintenance of the unit. The unit is used too long, the connection of the line is loose, and whether the AVR module works normally.
