1. Before disassembling, please pay attention to that before the disassembly and installation procedures, you need to put the switch in the off and off position, disconnect the battery plug, and release the remaining pressure of the catheter with the control rod. Keep the working environment clean and avoid entering the interior. When disconnecting the catheter, cover the surrounding area with a rag to prevent oil pollution from contaminating other parts. No foreign matter can enter when connecting the catheter. The disassembled parts should be placed on the cleaning paper or rag, and should be used for hours to avoid contamination, scratches or dents. Suspension and lifting require professional storage electric forklift maintenance personnel. Handling heavy objects requires two people to work together.
2. The storage electric forklift wraps the sealing tape on the tapered thread, and does not allow fragments of the sealing tape to enter the hydraulic pipeline. When connecting each hydraulic component, use an O-ring in the joint. Before installation, install a guide on the joint thread and then insert the O-ring in order to avoid damage to the O-ring. Tighten the joint by hand and determine the position of the joint before tightening the lock nut to the specified torque.
3. Release hydraulic oil before removing the suction pipe.
4. The hose, the hose should be checked for leaks, aging or damage before disassembly. The hose should be replaced. Leaked or damaged connections should be replaced.
5. For the catheter, check the catheter for leaks, bends, breakage or scratches before disassembly. The catheter should be notified to the storage electric forklift repair company for replacement. Leaked or damaged connections should be replaced.
