In production, the cleaning of hydraulic system usually includes main system cleaning and full system cleaning. The whole system cleaning refers to cleaning the entire circuit of the hydraulic equipment. Before cleaning, the system should be restored to the practical working state.
The cleaning medium can use hydraulic oil, the cleaning time is generally 2-4 hours, and under special circumstances not more than 10 hours, the cleaning effect is based on the loop filter screen without impurities as the standard.
Precautions when cleaning:
1. During the cleaning process, the hydraulic pump works and the cleaning medium is heated at the same time. When the temperature of the cleaning oil is (50-80) ℃, the rubber slag in the system is easily removed;
2. When cleaning the general hydraulic system, choose hydraulic oil or test oil for work. Do not use kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, steam or other liquids to avoid corrosion of hydraulic components, pipelines, oil tanks and seals;
3. The cleaning time is generally (48-60) hours, which should be determined according to factors such as the complexity of the system, the requirements of filtration accuracy and the degree of pollution;
4. The intermittent operation of the hydraulic pump is conducive to improving the cleaning effect. The intermittent time is generally (10-30) min;
5. In order to avoid corrosion caused by external moisture, at the end of the cleaning, the hydraulic pump must work continuously until the temperature recovers normally;
6. During the cleaning process, non-metallic hammers can be used to tap the tubing, which can be tapped one after another, or not, in order to remove the attachments in the pipeline;
7. On the circuit for cleaning the oil circuit, a filter or screen should be installed. At the beginning of cleaning, because of the large amount of impurities, an 80-mesh filter can be used, and a filter with a mesh of more than 150 can be used in the later stage of cleaning.
