In the entire excavator circle, there is a type of failure that can make new and old drivers helpless and helpless. That is, the excavator is normal when the car is cold or just started, but the excavator moves slowly after working for a period of time and the speed gradually slows down.
Failure phenomenon: Hitachi 210LC-5 digging machine cooler works normally, when the excavator is hot, it is weak.
Hitachi 210LC-5 excavator hot car failure check:
1. First check whether the hydraulic oil and the hydraulic oil filter have reached the replacement deadline, or whether the viscosity label of the hydraulic oil is appropriate. It is recommended to use 10W, CF grade or above.
2. In case of failure, check the overflow pressure of the whole machine (when the engine speed is the highest and the stick is digging to the end of the cylinder stroke), under normal circumstances the pressure should not be lower than 320kg / cm2.
3. If the pressure in the previous step is not enough, you can adjust the pressure first to see if the fault has improved.
4.If the pressure is normal, it is suspected that the flow of the hydraulic pump is not enough. Adjust the TVC valve (the valve responsible for balancing the total power of the engine and the hydraulic pump), and turn it clockwise 90 degrees (note that the front and rear pumps must be adjusted at the same time). Then repeat The second step is to see if the engine is holding back and changing sound under the overflow state. If not, you can see if the failure has improved.
5.If the engine appears to hold back or change sound, it means that the parts (swash plate, cylinder, plunger, valve plate, etc.) in the hydraulic pump are worn out, so you should find a more professional person to disassemble Checked and repaired.
6. The internal clearance of the hydraulic pump and the distribution valve increases, the seal becomes effective, and the internal test causes the hot car to be weak.
7. If the oil is very dirty, the oil supply will not reach.
8. The air filter may not be cleaned for a long time.
