Hitachi 310 Excavator Working High Hydraulic Oil Temperature Alarm For Fault Analysis And Inspection!

Apr 22, 2020

Trouble phenomenon: A Hitachi 310 excavator used for 7000 hours to work hydraulic oil temperature is still high, the water temperature of the excavator is not high, the hydraulic oil of the new excavator.

Failure analysis:

1. Under normal circumstances, first look at the high water temperature of the excavator. In the above fault phenomenon, the water temperature of the excavator is not high. It is recommended to look at the oil radiator ventilation first.

2. Secondly, is it very hot to touch the hydraulic oil radiator with your hand? Touch the cylinder again to compare. If the hot hand may be a fault of the hydraulic oil temperature sensor or a circuit fault, it will cause a high alarm of hydraulic oil temperature of the excavator.

3. Check whether the water tank of the excavator and the hydraulic oil tank are blocked?

4. Excessive wear of excavator spool and diarrhea easily cause high temperature of excavator hydraulic oil.

5. The use of different brands of hydraulic oil will also cause the phenomenon of high hydraulic oil temperature in the excavator.

6. The flow rate of hydraulic oil in the heat dissipation system. If the flow rate is small, the high-temperature hydraulic failure alarm of Hitachi ZW310 may occur.

7. Check the check valve of the tank and replace it with a new one if necessary.

8. The oil should be changed, which means that the internal friction of the power oil is too large, and the temperature rises faster than the heat dissipation speed.

9. Compare whether the temperature of the radiator and the oil cylinder is close, and then check whether the oil temperature sensor is broken.

Field fault check:

Excavator field fault inspection found that it was caused by the blockage between the excavator water tank and the hydraulic oil tank. After opening, the hydraulic oil temperature of the excavator returned to normal, and no alarm was given.
