1. Blind spot
The control room of the loader is on the left side, and the center is forced by the arm to block the view, so there is a large blind spot on the right side, especially the back of the right side. Many loader accidents are due to the rotation of the right side of the tail, which will hurt or die! Therefore, when working in a very wide field, the loader should try to stay on the left as much as possible to allow more space on the right side.
The rearview mirror is a very weak thing on the loader, and it is often touched during operation or transportation. Many drivers will feel that it is touched. It is not important anyway, so they did not replace the new rearview mirror in time. In fact, the rearview mirror is very important on the loader, especially the right side. The accidents are often due to a lack of safety awareness!
Second, raise your arms high when walking
There are many novices or apprentices who think that the boom of the loader is the highest, the stick is fully opened, and the bucket is facing up, so that the vision will be better when walking. In fact, walking this way is very risky, because the work equipment is held high, so the center of gravity is high, and the car will roll over if the ground is slightly uneven.
Therefore, you must not be cool in walking and working. It is most important to look at the road under your feet.
3. Travel on soft ground
When the loader is working on soft ground such as swamps and river beaches, it should be tested with a bucket to see if the loader's weight can be accepted on the ground. If you forget this process, there may be severe results unless you are controlling an amphibious loader. Although the loader is designed with crawlers and touches a large area on the ground, there are occasions when the loader falls into the mud and can't move it! Just pay attention that this can be prevented. When working on soft ground such as swamps, river beaches, etc. to prevent the loader from being trapped, you should pay attention to these: 1. Try with a bucket first. 2. Do not stay at the same address for a long time. 3. Take more straight lines and less turns.
If the loader falls into the mud, don't worry. Never try to climb out with a set of climbing methods, as it will only sink deeper and deeper. There are many ways to rescue: 1. If the trap is not very deep, first hollow out the two track centers and try again. 2. If you still can't get out, first try to see how deep the sludge is. If it's not very deep, just dig up the sludge in front of you, open your own way, and gradually approach the shore firmly. 3. If the silt is infinitely deep, it is possible to rent a few iron plates or road base plates, and press it horizontally under the track to easily get rid of the difficulties.
Fourth, walk down the door frame
Loader's super off-road ability is known to all of us. Using the cooperation of crawlers and work equipment, the loader can climb very steep slopes and can easily descend. There is a very simple risk situation that is overlooked by us. When the loader is downhill or down the trailer, due to the forward tilt of the fuselage, many drivers will habitually push on the front windshield or door frame with the left hand, and operate the loading with the right hand Machine walking. At this time, if the door is opened and not locked, the door will quickly close due to gravity, which is usually a great force. It will be clamped when it is held on the door frame. The result is grim.
Therefore, when the loader is operating, the door of the loader's cab is closed and locked, and it must be locked whether the door is opened or closed. The driver should try not to hold the door frame.
Fifth, pipeline
Every city has a complicated underground pipe network. When loader excavating in urban areas, it is necessary to pay special attention to underground pipelines. It is very risky to dig or dig pipelines, and most underground pipeline networks do not have drawings to see. Knowing the location and depth of the pipeline requires the operator to pay special attention to it during the operation. Since most of the pipelines are filled by loader first, we can also estimate and judge the pipeline orientation based on experience. Generally, pipelines are parallel to the route, maybe in the roadbed or green belt, and have manhole covers The title of the pipeline will be written on the well cover, and the direction of the pipeline is when multiple well covers are connected in a line. Generally, there are many kinds of pipelines buried under a road, the deeper is rainwater and sewage, once used cement pipes, and now more bellows. The shallower ones are tap water and gas pipes. The tap water used to be very thick with cast iron pipes, and the gas is iron pipes with a maintenance layer on the surface. Now PE pipes are mostly used. A little bit shallower is electricity and communications, which are generally maintained by PVC pipes and have wires or optical cables inside. During this period, water, electricity, and gas are all very risky. If you dig out the national defense military optical cable, the result is very serious. You must pay special attention when excavating in urban areas.
When the pipeline is buried, sand is usually filled first, and the sand is used to maintain the pipeline and tamping both sides. So when the loader suddenly digs up pure sand in the urban area, or suddenly the soil is loose and the color is different, then there is likely to be a pipeline next to it. Weak materials such as bellows or PVC pipes must be manually sorted out.
Of course, the pipelines are not necessarily all underground, but also in the sky. A simple mistake made by many novices is to concentrate 100% of their attention on the loader bucket, but it is unknown that the arm cylinder has now hit the wire when lifting the arm. No matter what kind of wire is in the air, first investigate whether there is insulation. It does not matter if the insulation is lightly touched. The wire without insulation must not be touched. It will break when touched, and may hurt the cylinder. If the cylinder shaft is electrically injured, don't retract it. If you retract it, it will scratch the oil seal. You should first polish it with very fine sandpaper or polish it with a special thing. If it is a high-voltage wire, it is necessary to maintain a safe interval.
VI. Working on the ditch
When the loader is digging a trench, if the construction worker informs you that the height of the previous section is wrong, let you ride on the trench and dig again. You must not listen to him. Regardless of the geological conditions, you can only drive back half a track. The interval is no longer safe, and there is a risk of collapse. Perhaps the construction worker will inform you that it's okay to come over a bit. Never listen to him, because he cares more about the ditch than your safety. A qualified driver should have his own independent thinking and safety awareness. This is basic work ethics.
Therefore, when digging the trench, be sure to do it in one go and do not go back and dig again. If you are not sure, let the construction worker measure a few points. If he is accidental, you will gradually dig. If you have to re-dig at long intervals, you must first fill the ditch, which is very troublesome but safe!
