The reason for the high water temperature fault check of the Carter excavator engine:
1 Excavator engine oil supply time is too late.
2 Excavator nozzle atomization work is not good.
3 Poor operation of the excavator pump and poor circulation capacity will also cause the excavator engine water temperature to be high.
4 Poor heat dissipation of the water tank will also cause high water temperature of the excavator engine.
5 Excavator thermostat works badly, it will also affect the high water temperature of excavator engine.
6 After the thermostat is removed, the small circulation is not blocked.
7 The cooling air duct is not smooth, including the deformation of the fan blade, the direct "short circuit" of the air inlet and air outlet, and the displacement of the machine pad.
8 High water temperature not only considers the problem of the engine, but also considers the reasons of hydraulic or excavator:
(1) The oil temperature of the hydraulic torque converter of the excavator is high, and the water temperature of the excavator engine is caused by the circulation of water.
(2) The hydraulic oil of the excavator is not returned smoothly, causing the excavator engine water temperature to be high.
(3) In the work, the cooling system should be filled with clean soft water as much as possible, and the cooling system should be cleaned in time to prevent the accumulation of scale. The test proves that the thermal conductivity of scale is much lower than that of cast iron and aluminum. After the cooling core accumulates more scale, it will slow down the engine's heat dissipation speed and speed up the rise of water temperature, which will cause the de-zincification of the brass heat dissipation core and cause holes. The heat in the body cannot be transferred to the cooling water in time, which causes the water temperature to be not too high, but the engine overheats, causing the engine to malfunction.
