The reason why the loader stalls:
1. The loader automatically shuts down automatically. Common reasons include:
1. Short fuel causes self-extinguishment.
2. Leakage in the oil path of the excavator, the fuel injection pump is defective.
3. The excavator will turn off by itself. If there is a black smoke phenomenon in the exhaust pipe of the engine before the engine speed gradually decreases, it is likely that the oil supply of the excavator is not smooth, the engine is not smooth, and the engine shaft is burnt.
4. If the excavator is actively turned off after the hot car, and the excavator cannot be activated within a short period of time after the flame is turned off, it may be a problem with the diesel pump (high pressure oil pump) or the nozzle. At this time, the diesel pump can be washed with cold water. If you can hit it immediately, there is a problem with the oil pump or nozzle.
5. Suddenly extinguish the engine during the excavator operation, or the diesel may be unclean. It is advocated that the diesel filter can be replaced first, and the fuel injection nozzle is proofread.
6. Engine problems: The engine's intake resistance is large, and the oil intake is blocked, causing self-extinguishment.
7. Hydraulic system problem: the pump pressure is too high.

In general, if the excavator suddenly shuts down during the operation and it is suffocated, you need to do the following:
1. The first thing you need to check is the oil supply path of the digging machine to see if the oil supply of the oil path is smooth? Is there any obstruction in the oil path? It is recommended to clean the fuel filter, replace all filter elements, dismantle the diesel pump, and check the fuel injection length Whether it reaches about 6 ~ 7cm.
2. Next, it is necessary to check whether the engine self-maintenance function is activated because the excavator engine has been working for a long time, causing the engine to be overloaded or the engine is overheated.
3. The excavator suffocates the flame. In general, it is a fault of the fuel circuit. It is recommended to carefully check whether there is air leakage or oil leakage in the oil circuit, whether the pipe joint seal is damaged, whether the filter element is stuck, or the oil-water separator drain cap. Is there any tightening?
5. Suppression of flameout may also be a hydraulic problem. The detail is caused by the mismatch between the power of the hydraulic pump and the engine.
