Excessive oil temperature of burning engine oil may be stuck in the inlet and exhaust valves of the excavator, and the sealing sleeve of the inlet and exhaust valves is damaged; the piston and piston ring of the excavator are worn; the temperature of the excavator engine is too high during operation; Engine oil; caused by excessive pressure of the engine oil; the engine itself has oil leakage.

Check whether the engine itself has oil leakage failure. It is found that the engine exhaust emits blue smoke, which is mainly caused by the wear of the piston and piston ring, which causes the engine oil to pass through to the combustion chamber.
Check whether the engine exhaust valve is stuck, prevent the oil from entering the cylinder, check whether the oil grade used is correct, adjust the pressure adjustment device of the engine, and make the engine work under the appropriate oil pressure to eliminate the possible factors that cause the engine to overheat.
First, check whether the excavator diesel is mixed with water? Check whether the injection timing of the excavator engine is correct? Overhaul, loosen the high-pressure fuel pipe joint of the excavator fuel injection pump, and find that there are bubbles removed.
When stopping the rotation of the excavator engine and removing the high-pressure fuel pipe, the oil level was found to rise. This shows that the fuel injector and the oil outlet valve are not tightly closed. Blowing gas to the low-pressure oil circuit, resulting in severe air locks, making the oil supply rule abnormal, causing the excavator to emit white smoke and not start.
Replace the oil outlet valve, the excavator only emits white smoke and cannot start troubleshooting.
