1. The hydraulic pump is faulty
In general, the excavator adopts double pump, and the traveling deviation is often caused by the fault of one pump. The simplest judgment method is to switch the two high-pressure oil outlet pipes of the hydraulic pump. If the original slow pump becomes faster and the original fast pump becomes slower, it proves that one pump is faulty.
2. Travel motor safety valve
The oil leakage of the safety valve may cause the pressure in the system to be too low and the rotation speed of the travel motor to be insufficient, resulting in traveling deviation.
3. The excavating machine deviates to one side
If the spring in the traveling main valve becomes soft or broken, it may cause the oil pressure to decrease and the traveling deviation may occur. If the travel main valve is damaged, it must be repaired.
Although the excavator running abnormally is not as deadly as the engine, in order to catch up with the project, many drivers have put aside minor faults such as running deviation and waited until the project was completed. In fact, this method is very undesirable. A slight abnormality is a "help" signal sent by the machine and components to everyone.
