1. Selection of seals
As for the reliability of the hydraulic system, the selection of seals in the design does not conform to the specifications, and the load condition, limit pressure, working speed and environmental temperature change of hydraulic oil and sealing materials are not considered in the design. All of these directly or indirectly cause leakage of the hydraulic system to varying degrees.
2. Assembly factors
During the assembly of hydraulic components, rough operation shall be avoided. If excessive force is applied to knock the cylinder block and sealing flange, etc; If gasoline is used, it will easily age and lose its original elasticity, thus losing its sealing function.
3. Particulate pollution
As the main executive element of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic cylinder is exposed to the outside and directly contacts with the environment during the working process. Although it is equipped with dust-proof rings and seals for protection, it is inevitable that dust and dirt will enter the hydraulic system, which will accelerate the scratch and wear of the seals and piston rods and cause leakage.
4. Part damage
The seal is made of oil-resistant rubber and other materials. Aging, cracking and damage caused by long-term use will cause system leakage. If the parts are damaged by collision during operation, the sealing elements will be scratched, thus causing leakage.
