1. It is suggested that if you are disassembling, repairing or reassembling by yourself, you should wipe the cylinder gasket, the joint between the cylinder block and the cylinder head, and leave no room for pollutants and impurities

2. The bolts on the cylinder head can not be tightened directly. During operation, everyone must master the installation method, tightening sequence and direction in advance, from the inside to the outside, from the diagonal direction for 3 to 4 times, and tighten evenly according to the specified torque

3. There is a detail that many aircraft friends will ignore. In general, the maintenance workers in the industry will work for 10-15 hours after the maintenance, and then tighten again according to the specified torque, so as to prepare for a rainy day and make secondary insurance

4. Before installation, carefully check whether there are bumps, obvious beads and pits at the plane joints of cylinder head and engine body. If there are, replace or grind the newly purchased cylinder pad. Hang it on the wall in time to avoid overlapping with other items

5. Standardize the driving habits and operating methods of the operator, and correct the habit of slamming the accelerator in time
