Reasons for low oil pressure of small loader
? 1. Insufficient oil level of the automobile: if the oil level of the automobile is insufficient, the oil valve of the oil pump will be small, causing the oil pressure to drop, and aggravating the damage of the engine crankshaft and rolling bearing, cylinder barrel and piston rod.
? 2. The temperature of the automobile engine is too high: if the temperature of the automobile engine is too high, it will not only accelerate the aging and qualitative change of the automobile oil, but also easily make the automobile oil very thin, resulting in the decrease of the steam pressure.
? 3. The oil pump stops rotating or the oil valve is insufficient: the fixed pin of the transmission gear and the transmission shaft of the wheel excavator is broken or the mutual matching key falls off, and the oil pump sucks dirt and the transmission gear of the oil valve is stuck, which will cause the oil pump to stop running and the oil pressure will also drop to 0.
?? when the clearance between the pump shaft and the shaft sleeve of the oil pump, the clearance between the inner hole of the transmission gear and the pump cover, the tooth side clearance or the tangential clearance exceed the specified value due to damage, it will cause a small amount of oil valves and lead to the adverse effect of oil pressure drop.
?? 4, 10 ton wheel excavator engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearing mutual fit clearance is too large: after long-term application of automobile engine, the mutual fit clearance between engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearing will gradually expand, and the oil pressure will also decrease.
5. Clogging of oil filter: when the oil of gear pump wheel excavator cannot be circulated commercially due to clogging of oil filter, the valve built on the oil filter base will be pushed open, and the automobile oil will directly enter the main oil passage without passing through the filter. If the opening working pressure of the valve is adjusted too high, the valve cannot be opened immediately when the oil filter is blocked.
6. Damage or failure of oil return valve: if the torsion spring of oil return valve is tired and becomes soft or the adjustment is unreasonable, the mating surface of high-pressure gate valve and ball valve is damaged or blocked by sundries and cannot be closed tightly, the remaining oil will continue to rise and the steam pressure of main oil passage will also decrease.
? 7. Oil leakage from oil radiator or pipeline: oil leakage from oil radiator and pipeline will reduce steam pressure. If the pipeline is blocked by sundries, the total flow of oil and the steam pressure will decrease due to the expansion of friction resistance.
