1. Leakage of swivel joint
The first reason is that the rotary joint is weak due to serious leakage. The hydraulic oil is transmitted from the upper part of the excavator to the lower part for traveling and installation. It must pass through the rotary joint. Once the rotary joint is leaked and damaged, a part of the high-pressure oil will flow to the oil return pipe, resulting in weak traveling and affecting the normal operation of the excavator. Therefore, it is necessary to stop inspection to determine whether it is caused by leakage.
2. Various valves are defective
The inspection of control valve is also an essential link. Safety valve, throttle valve, one-way valve, equalizing valve, overflow valve, traveling reversing valve, etc. any valve with fault can cause the traveling fault of the excavator. The control valve's defects include: the valve core of the travel control valve is stuck, the stroke is short, the clearance between the valve core and the valve hole is large, and the pressure of the safety valve is reduced, which will cause the right travel weakness.
3. Inspection of traveling motor
When the traveling motor is seriously leaked, it will also cause walking weakness. The detailed cleaning and inspection method is to stop the operation of the right travel control lever when the engine is idling. When the drive wheel does not rotate, you can hear the sound of the right travel motor, and then touch the oil inlet and return pipe with your hand to feel that there is oil in the pipe. When the control rod continues to move, the crawler starts to rotate slowly, and the sound will increase when the engine accelerates. In the same way, check whether the left walking has the above abnormalities.
