Cause: the setting value of the overload overflow valve of the hydraulic circuit is incorrect, which causes the mechanism to work weakly.
2. The excavation is weak. When the boom or stick is extended to the bottom, the engine will be seriously blocked or even shut down.
Cause: Engine holding indicates that the absorption torque of the oil pump is greater than the output torque of the engine, resulting in engine overload.
Countermeasure: check whether the engine speed sensing system is normal.
Problem 2: the excavator is weak after working normally for a certain time
Causes: the internal parts of the main pump (mostly variable piston pump) are worn / the wear clearance between the valve stem and the valve hole of the multi-way distribution valve (main safety valve, secondary valve, overflow valve, etc.) is large / the pilot gear pump is excessively worn, resulting in internal leakage, resulting in insufficient flow and high oil temperature, and stable oil pressure cannot be established.
Countermeasures: replace / repair worn parts, recombine and debug, and match the parameters of each circuit.
