Reasons for speed loss:
1 Under normal circumstances, if the excavator drops speed within 200 and does not affect the work of the excavator, you can check whether the air inlet pressure sensor of the excavator is damaged? (It may be due to the poor working environment conditions of the excavator and the air filter element has not been replaced for a long time. Cause damage to the intake air pressure sensor.)
2. Exceeding 200 is likely to cause the car to stall while holding the car. There are several reasons for the failure:
a. Oil line problem or air leakage in the air intake system.
b. The engine air intake is insufficient or leaking, the final cooler does not cool enough, and the intake air temperature is high.
C. Diesel problem or excessive wear of the diesel pump.
d. There is a problem with the engine itself. It is recommended to adjust the valve, check the fan speed, and the water temperature of the radiator.
e. If the engine speed drops under load or even stalls, it may be caused by insufficient fuel supply. It is recommended to check the oil circuit and circuit, and check the fuel filter and other filtration devices. If the filter is blocked, the fuel supply will not be smooth. The engine speed of the excavator may drop. In addition, if the engine load suddenly increases and the engine speed drops, it is normal.
F. There are two main reasons for the engine speed of the EFI excavator to drop: the engine performance decreases or there is a problem with the main pump. At this time, you need to check the engine and main pump, remove the hydraulic filter element, and see if there is copper powder? If there is copper powder , the main pump is worn; or enter the monitoring panel to check the engine speed, remove and clean the solenoid valve on the main pump, and the fault can be eliminated.
