01. Regularly replace the oil seal
Oil seals are mainly used to prevent impurities from contaminating the hydraulic system. Small crushers need to replace the oil seal after about 500 hours of operation, while large crushers need to replace the oil seal within 300-400 hours of operation. Attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the oil seal to prevent impurities from contaminating the hydraulic system. Special attention should be paid to whether the oil seal is damaged due to the decrease in elasticity caused by low temperatures in winter.
02. There are rules for adding lubricating oil
1. When using a breaking hammer for operation, lubricating oil should be added every 2-4 hours. Only press the grease gun 5 to 10 times each time lubricating oil is added.
2. Lubricant should not be injected when the drill rod is off the ground, otherwise the lubricant will enter the striking chamber and cause abnormal high pressure, resulting in damage to the crusher.
3. Lubricant must be injected while the drill rod is tightened.
03. It is strictly prohibited to move or carry operations
The use of a crushing hammer clamp or moving rocks behind the crushing hammer can cause damage to the clamp and clamp bolts, and also have a significant impact on the excavator body. Therefore, this operation method is prohibited.
04. Daily maintenance is very important
The working environment of the breaking hammer is very harsh. After the work is completed, it is necessary to remove the drill rod, regularly check the wear condition of the vulnerable parts in the cylinder body, and inspect the piston, drill rod striking surface, drill rod, inner and outer sleeves, etc.
