1. Fuel:
Choose different grades of fuel according to different temperatures (South is basically 0 diesel). Impurities can not be mixed. Dust and water (prematurely damage the fuel pump). Inferior diesel contains paraffin and sulfur, which will damage the engine and try to fill up the diesel as much as possible after daily shutdown. To prevent water from being generated on the inner wall of the fuel tank (it is estimated to be a little difficult to steal). Open the waterproof valve at the bottom of the fuel tank before the daily operation to drain the water (everyone knows this). The oil-water separator separates the water mixed in the oil, and it must be drained if the buoy reaches or exceeds the red line If the vent hole ① on the fuel tank cap is blocked, the pressure in the fuel tank will drop, increasing the resistance of fuel flow, resulting in poor fuel supply; therefore, the hole should be cleaned at any time and exhausted after diesel exhaust and fuel filter replacement. Don't hit the machine empty, the diesel filter is changed every 500 hours
Second, engine oil
Engine oil including engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, oil of different brands and different grades can not be mixed. Different types of engine oils have different chemical or physical additives added during the production process. Ensure that the engine oil is clean and prevent debris (water, dust, particles, etc.) from mixing into the high ambient temperature. Choose a high viscosity engine oil and low ambient temperature. Use low-viscosity motor oil; gear oil has a relatively high viscosity to adapt to large transmission loads, and hydraulic oil has a relatively low viscosity to reduce the resistance of liquid flow. The composition of the engine oil: mineral base oil + additives daily oil check oil level It should be between the upper and lower scales. When checking the oil level after the engine works, wait for 15 minutes after stopping the machine. Check to ensure that the machine is parked smoothly. Change the oil after 500 hours, and replace the oil filter. Butter: Do not mix in dust, For sand, water and other impurities, lithium-based grease G2-L1 is used, which has good anti-wear performance and is suitable for heavy-duty hydraulic oil:
1 Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank, start the engine, place the working device in the position shown in the picture within 15 seconds after stopping, move each joystick in all directions in all directions to release the internal pressure of the hydraulic system, check the oil level, The oil should be replaced between the two scales of the hydraulic oil tank vent filter / every 500 hours, and the hydraulic oil filter / every 1000 hours, 2 to exhaust the air in the hydraulic system:
1. Pump exhaust: exhaust from the pump: loosen the exhaust plug ①, check if there is oil leakage from the exhaust plug, if there is no oil leakage, remove the main pump drain hose and drain the oil from the Fill the hole ② with hydraulic oil until it is full; tighten the exhaust plug ① and install the drain hose.
2. Exhaust from the cylinder: start the engine and run it at low idle speed, extend and retract each cylinder 4-5 times during half-stroke, and then operate each cylinder to the end of the stroke 4-5 times, in order to completely exhaust (the engine is at high speed Under operation, the air inside the cylinder will damage the piston rod seal or other parts)
3. Exhaust from the rotary motor: run the engine at low idle for about 5 minutes, then loosen the hose at the S port ① confirm that there is oil flowing out (do not operate the rotation at this time); if there is no oil flowing out, the hose from the S port ① Fill with oil until it fills the housing, and then tighten the hose at the S port ①
4. Exhaust from the travel motor: Run the engine at low idle speed, loosen the exhaust plug ①, unilaterally support the crawler to run forward and backward, and confirm that there is oil flowing from the exhaust plug, tighten the exhaust plug 5. Exhaust After the operation is completed, the engine should be turned off and stayed for 5 minutes before starting operation (bubble can disappear from the oil in the hydraulic oil tank) Gear oil:
1 Check the oil level in the final transmission box / every 250 hours, change every 1000 hours
2 Check the oil level of the slewing mechanism tank, refuel / every 250 hours, change every 1000 hours
3 Check the oil level in the shock absorber housing / every 1000 hours
5 Replace the hydraulic oil tank hydraulic oil / every 5000 hours
6 Maintenance cycle of hydraulic breaker: after 100 to 150 hours of use of the new machine, replace the filter element, replace the additional oil filter element and use the breaker to work for 250 hours as the replacement cycle (when the operation rate of the breaker accounts for more than 50%), Replace according to the following figure.
